Jennifer “Jenn” Blount, RN, BSN, is the founder and visionary behind Luxe Aesthetics & Wellness, where she leads the brand, operations, and overall client experience. With a background in nursing, healthcare leadership, aesthetics, and wellness, Jenn created Luxe with a vision of bringing together personalized aesthetics and whole-body wellness in an elevated, welcoming environment.
As an aesthetic nurse injector and wellness nurse, Jenn is passionate about helping clients look refreshed, feel confident, and support their overall well-being. She believes every face—and every client—is unique, which is why her approach centers on individualized assessment, thoughtful recommendations, and personalized treatment planning.

Mindy Adams, RN is a skilled aesthetic nurse dedicated to helping clients achieve natural, confidence-boosting results through personalized, patient-centered care. She believes aesthetic treatments should enhance your natural beauty while preserving the features that make you uniquely you.
Every appointment begins with listening to your goals, evaluating your individual anatomy, and creating a customized treatment plan designed specifically for you. Mindy is passionate about building lasting relationships with her clients and providing honest recommendations in a welcoming, comfortable environment.
Mindy primarily serves clients in the Fort Wayne and Decatur areas, delivering the same exceptional care and commitment to natural, refreshed results that define the Luxe Aesthetics & Wellness experience.
Meet Matti
Matti Klopfenstein, FNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner | Lead Aesthetic Injector | Clinical Educator
Matti Klopfenstein, FNP-BC, is a valued member of the Luxe Aesthetics & Wellness clinical team, bringing advanced clinical knowledge, aesthetic expertise, and a strong focus on patient safety to the practice.
As our Lead Aesthetic Injector, Matti helps guide the continued development of our aesthetic team through hands-on training, clinical mentorship, treatment technique, and safety education. She works closely with Jenn and our injectors to promote consistent standards of care, thoughtful treatment planning, and safe aesthetic practices.
Matti also provides one-on-one aesthetic training and preceptorship opportunities for nurses and aspiring aesthetic injectors seeking hands-on education and professional development. Jenn and Matti and the team regularly collaborate on advanced training and continuing education, bringing new techniques, knowledge, and best practices back to the Luxe team.
In her role as a nurse practitioner, Matti provides medical evaluations and clinical care within her scope of practice and works collaboratively with the Luxe clinical team and physician medical leadership to support safe, individualized patient care.
Her approach combines clinical expertise, education, safety, and an appreciation for natural, balanced aesthetic results.
